Waltair Veerayya Movie Story
The story film revolves around Veerayya (Chiranjeevi) who is a top criminal in Jalarpet. He gets hired by a retired police officer to catch the culprit who killed his colleagues in an encounter.
But Veerayya isn’t just a pawn, he has his own agenda for agreeing to help the officer. He’s also connected to Solomon Caesar, the killer who is aided by his brother Michael (Prakash Raj).
While Veerayya and a policeman devise a strategy to nab the criminal in Malaysia, Indian RAW agents plan an undercover operation to capture Solomon in India. Will Veerayya be able to bring him to justice?

Waltair Veerayya Movie review
After a long wait, Mega Star Chiranjeevi has finally got back to the screen with Waltair Veerayya. Directed by Bobby Kolli, the film also stars Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan in lead roles. This massy, stylish and comical film is set to hit theatres on 13th January worldwide.
While the film has plenty of smuggling action, it fails to deliver on many other essential ingredients. It tries to incorporate all sorts of genres like blood-splattering violence, playfully romantic dance numbers, grim tragedies and even stretches of silly slapstick.
The pacing is off, the dialogues are over-the-top and there’s no consistency to it. The songs are mediocre and the background score is bleak. The fights are decent but they are hardly engaging. The film doesn’t take itself too seriously and aims to be entertaining but it failed to achieve that goal. The film also doesn’t get its tone right and jarring shifts in the story.
