The film starts with the gruesome murder of a medical student named Sophie, who died after jumping off a college window. In the next scene, a bank employee Sathya (RJ Balaji) is driving with his fiancée Isha Talwar on their wedding day when she finds a girl hiding inside his car.
RJ Balaji has successfully played a hero in films that have comedy themes but he has also tried to experiment with serious roles in ‘Run Baby Run’. He has managed to make an effortless transition from humor to thriller in the film.
